So, let's POUR IT UP! Forget the stress of planning a party - we've got you covered! An exciting way to connect over candles, food, and wine - with a date or invite your whole crew. Whether you're celebrating a baby shower, birthday, or anniversary, CandleLux will help make your day special!
Our interactive candle studio is located at 437 Boylston St. in Back Bay, the heart of Boston, one block from the historic Public Garden.
We deliver a unique fragrance escapade where you can pour, mix and create your very own soy wax candle, home fragrance, and body products! Choose from an array of over 50 (and growing!) essential oils and premium fragrance oils. We know you'll find the perfect scent thatis uniquely you! You can als oshop our extensive line of pre-poured luxury aromatherapy soy candles, CLEAN SCENTS reed diffusers, wax melts, and room sprays.
RESERVATIONS
We have a minimum eight-participant requirement for Private In-studio Events and our max is twenty guests. If you have more than twenty participants we can always come to you.
To reserve your 2.5hr private event, simply complete the "BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT" form attached at the lower left corner of any page on our site.
You'll receive a confirmation email soon with additional details and our Events Manager will assist you with making your reservation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
It can't be LIT without champagne and wine, so BYOB! We provide the wine glasses and bottle openers. Feel free to bring decorations if you want customize your event.
Let's get this party started! As your group arrive at the studio at your scheduled start time you can spend some time mixig and mingling until before the party begins. Our private parties are 2.5 hours so please arrive on time. There is on-street meter parking avaavailable as well as nearby parking garages.
Don't forget the music! It's a whole vibe at our studio! We like to play upbeat music to get the party started. You are welcome to use your personal playlist or have one of our scent-ologists (who also moonlights as our in-house DJ) spin some tunes for you. If you're feeling bold, we can bring out our karaoke machine and you can sing your hearts out!
Next, the main event - CANDLE MAKING! We'll supply you with everything you need to create your own candles. Choose your vessel from our exclusive collection. Choose scents from our array of pure essential oils and premium fragrance oils. Next you'll mix and insert your wick. As your candle is curing we'll keep the party going with candle trivia and a candle care discussion. The final step is Embellishing Time! Everyone gets to decorate their candles with gemstones, botanicals, herbs and gold leaf.

OFF-SITE EVENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR PARTIES WITH MORE THAN 20 GUESTS
We bring can bring our Mobile Candle Bar to your home or venue of your choice.
You don't have to do a thing! Just come in and choose your scents from our array of essential oils and/or premium fragrance oils and make your candle. We'll handle the rest. All we'd need is space for two 6-ft tables and an outlet. Your guests wll experience crafting their very own custom scented and self-embellished luxury candle, something beautiful that will remind them of your amazing event!
We travel up to a 50 miles radius outside of Boston.
Public Candle Parties
We host three reoccurring public candle-making parties monthly. Get your ticket and tell a friend to tell a friend. We can't wait to get LIT with you!
