We’re delighted to bring the glow of eco-luxury into your home. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process to ensure your experience is seamless, intentional, and worry-free.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
- Custom, corporate, or bulk orders (such as workshop favors or branded gifts) may require additional time. We’ll notify you of the estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
- Expedited & Priority Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Local Pickup: If you’re in the Boston area, select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready within 1 business day at our Newbury Street studio.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your candle’s journey to your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure every candle arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Please email info@bostoncandlelux.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) (if applicable).
We’ll resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.
