Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.
- Custom or bulk orders (e.g., for workshops or corporate gifts) may require additional processing time. We will notify you of the estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Expedited and priority shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
- Local Pickup: If you’re in the Boston area, you can select free in-store pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready within 1 business day.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather or carrier issues.
International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon—stay tuned!
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your candle’s journey to your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take extra care to ensure your candles arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Please email us at tammi@bostoncandlelux.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable).
We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether through a replacement or refund.
