We attended a private office candle-making event for a company outing and the experience exceeded my expectations! I have allergies to artificial fragrances in anything from mass-produced candles, perfumes, body sprays, and even most conventional personal hygiene products that are not fragrance-free. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to tolerate being around all of the wonderful aromas.

They only use essential oils and fragrances that have been tested to be safe for those with fragrance allergies and sensitivies. They take pride in using natural products wherever possible. I didn't have any adverse reactions! The aromas are strong and all get mixed together, and it is a small space, but taking periodic fresh air breaks helped with being too overwhelmed.

The owners make this a FUN event and I can't wait to light my candles at home!! (after waiting the required 24 hours to let the wax finish fully curing). Highly recommend!

Oh man, what a time we had! Lance and Tammi were just amazing, great people, tons of positive energy. I spent more time laughing than making candles 😂. The other three couples were just wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend CandleLux!

We took our daughter here to make candles and it was our first time and it was absolutely splendid and just awesome! So inviting and informative. I can’t say enough how much fun we had. I made mine to have it as decoration and a conversation piece to attract people to candlelux! We would most definitely be coming again. Enjoyed every bit of it and the story behind it just makes it that much more special. We loved how we could add things to the candles to make them more personal and meaningful to our unique likes. Tammi came in to do a candle making event for my daughter's tenth birthday party. She was SO amazing at keeping 15 ten year olds engaged, energized and made sure they had tons of fun while doing it. She had with her an array of high-quality materials, from wax and wicks to an impressive selection of scents and decorative elements (flowers, gems). With expert guidance from her, the kids found themselves quickly immersed in the craft. The kids left with beautiful handmade candles that were great mementoes of the fabulous experience they had.
