PRIVATE EXPERIENCE FAQ

What types of events can CandleLux host? Our private experiences are designed for gatherings that deserve something memorable—from bachelorettes and birthdays to team events and special celebrations. Each experience is tailored to feel personal, elevated, and engaging.

What’s included in the experience? Each guest is guided through creating a custom candle or signature fragrance using our curated scent library and premium materials. All supplies are included, and every guest leaves with a finished piece designed by them.

Can you host events outside of your studio? Yes. In addition to our Newbury Street location, CandleLux offers offsite experiences. We bring everything needed to transform your home, office, or venue into a fully guided candle-making experience. We travel up to a 50-mile radius from our studio. 

How many guests can you accommodate? Our studio is ideal for intimate groups (14 guests max), while offsite experiences allow us to accommodate larger gatherings (no max, venue capacity permitting). We’ll work with you to ensure the experience fits your group comfortably.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking well in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Early planning ensures availability and allows us to prepare a seamless experience for your group.

Can we bring food and drinks? Yes. Our studio is sip-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during the experience.

How do I reserve a private experience? Reserve online. Simply use the booking link at the bottom of this page to view availability and make your reservation. If you are planning a larger event or have special requests, please contact us for assistance.
