Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a CandleLux product, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery (unless you choose to prepay).
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the term. If you prefer not to renew, you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
  • To cancel or modify your subscription, simply use the links in your order confirmation email or manage your subscription directly through your CandleLux account.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that’s out of stock or launching soon — such as a limited-edition vessel or upcoming seasonal scent.

  • We may collect either no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely storing your payment method until your item is ready to ship.
  • When your pre-order is fulfilled, the remaining payment will be processed automatically.
  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before fulfillment.
  • Once your pre-order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still request a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
