Every CandleLux private label order is handcrafted specifically for your brand, organization, or event. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your order and begin production.

Order Approval

All artwork, label designs, fragrance selections, vessel styles, packaging, and order details must be reviewed and approved prior to production. Please carefully review your proofs, as changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Production

Production begins after full payment has been received and all design details have been approved. Production timelines vary depending on order size and current production schedules.

Changes

Any requested changes after final approval may result in additional charges and may extend your production timeline. Once production has begun, modifications may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because every private label order is custom made, all sales are final. Custom private label orders are nonrefundable.

Updates

We'll keep you informed throughout the production process and will notify you when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

Pickup & Shipping

Clients may pick up their completed orders at our Newbury Street studio or choose shipping for an additional fee. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

Product Variations

Each candle is hand poured in small batches. Minor variations in wax appearance, vessel finish, fragrance, and label placement are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
